Hola. My name is Carol Estrada, the Executive and Team Assistant for DriveWise Auto! I’ve been with DriveWise Auto Inc. since 2011 and have been in and around the car business for almost 20 years. I love our team, helping them, and helping our clients.
Growing up, my Father worked at an independent dealership in North Hollywood as an auto technician in the mornings and a salesperson in the evenings for over 12 years. I can easily say that I fell in love with the car business because of him. And, being an Auto Technician’s daughter, I’ve learned from him that I’m never done learning.
Before joining the team at DriveWise Auto, I spent several years working in the business office of a franchised dealership. From there, I became the assistant to the pre-owned department’s manager, and then the lease-end manager. That’s where I learned how to appraise vehicles. I was amazed at the process and how much information you could find out about a car just by looking at it.
Today, and combining all of my work experience, I wear MANY hats for our team, and love the many things I do because of those hats! You’ll find me in and around town appraising our clients’ vehicles and assisting with vehicle deliveries. At the office, I’m the front-line of making sure that all of our internal processes and the office run smoothly and help our team, our clients, and my co-workers in any way that I can. Helping manage over 100 transactions per month is a lot, but I love being busy and take a lot of pride in making things as easy as possible for them, and our clients!
